How do I begin the property buying process?
Buying a property involves preparing financially, getting pre-approved, finding the right support, making an offer, and going through inspections and closing.
What is the role of a real estate agent?
Real estate agents are licensed professionals who act as intermediaries in property transactions, specifically focusing on buying and selling. They fulfill various duties, acting as a guide and advocate for their clients throughout the process. Real estate agents play a crucial role in facilitating smooth and successful property transactions for both buyers and sellers.
How do I calculate the down payment for a property?
Depending on lot size (in sqm.) and on which lot area (inner or corner) that the client/s has chosen, here’s what they have to do:
- Multiply the price of the chosen lot area (inner or corner) by the lot size (in sqm.), then the client will get the TCP (total contract price).
- After getting the TCP, the client needs to pay the reservation fee (₱ 5,000.00). This will be deducted from the TCP.
- The remaining TCP balance will be divided by 36 or 48 months, this will be the price of the client’s monthly down payment.
